Director and facilitator
Certified facilitator of the Germinar Program (Ecosocial Institute – Brazil). Master in Business Management by IAE (Business School – Austral University / Argentinian Business Institute). Computer Engineer from ITBA (Buenos Aires Institute of Technology). She also has training in Change Management from the PCI-People Centered Implementation Methodology (ChangeFirst), as well as training in systemic tools and sociology.
Her corporate career of more than 20 years in commercial and service areas of Oracle Latin America allowed her to consolidate skills in mediation, negotiation, and objective alignment. Also, her regional experience and in different industries allows her to interact effectively with different professional profiles and organizational cultures. She has been part of the Facilitation team for IAE outdoor activities.
Currently, she develops spiritual practices and reflective social practices in line with “The Practice of Living Wholeness, an ecological approach to social change” by Allan Kaplan and Sue Davidoff (Proteus Initiative).
Since the founding of “I+D, Comprehensive human development” in 2013, she has led the talent acquisition, development, and transformation processes of teams and organizations. She continues collaborating on various human development projects in companies and organizations, contributing to the achievement of their objectives, with the firm conviction of being able to achieve them in an effective and harmonious way.
